Teresa Summerville is an extremely sweet person who attended to my every need with exceptional kindness. Despite where she was, she came back to meet me the night my hamster Ball Ball passed away. She told me exactly what to expect and delivered on time. Since I was emotionally compromised at the time thus unable to make decisions of a specific urn, Teresa chose a perfect urn to keep my first pet, along with a ceramic paw print of Ball Ball. Thank you Teresa for your love, for your professionalism, and for you. Your service was perfect and exceeded all expectations.
